Pressure Washing

First step in the process is to evaluate the condition of your roof. We will go up onto your roof to ensure that we identify any pre-existing damage prior to beginning your cleaning. We thoroughly document our inspection with pictures to share with you before proceeding.
Next our service professionals apply a light chemical to penetrate deep into the pores of your roof to prepare for the next step of cleaning. Then, we would use a surface cleaner which is set at a low pressure to safely clean your roof before we apply our final rinse.
Our roof cleaning professionals are trained to clean up any mess they may make during your roof cleaning process. This may include any parts of the exterior of your home, including your driveway, walkway, and deck.
Chemical Soft Washing

The second option is chemical soft washing.
The discoloration on your roof is caused by harmful bacteria (gloeocapsa magma is probably the most prevalent of several algae) feeding on your roofing surface, specifically the limestone found in shingles. Ultimately decomposing your roof and giving an unsightly curb appeal!
The longer and darker the streaks, the more damage to your roof. The ending result is a shorter life span for your roof.
Chemical soft washing gets rid of the bacteria, mold, and dirt using a chlorine and surfectant formula.
Soft washing is recommended by ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) and GAF (North America’s Largest Roofing Manufacturer) for cleaning asphalt shingle roofs in USA.
Wet & Forget

The third step in our process is wet and forget.
This method is the #1 choice for roof cleaning.
Wet & Forget is a biodegradable, non-caustic, non-acidic and contains zero bleach or chlorine.
That means no rinsing, scrubbing or pressure washing required. Basically just wet and forget it.
This product works over time and could take 1-2 weeks before seeing any results. Heavily soiled areas will take a longer time to see differences.
The great benefit of this product for roof cleaning is that it works up to 6-12 months.
